This photograph was taken from the South platform, at the suburban Berwyn Illinois commuter train station on Oak Park avenue.
By the time this photograph was taken, just seeing a Caboose on any freight train, was starting to become a rare sight. This railroad mainline before 1970, was known as the Chicago Burlington and Quincy Railroad.
