I took this photo, way back in February of 1986.
An eastbound Burlington Northern Railroad / early Metra local commuter train, is viewed passing over the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad tracks east of downtown La Grange Illinois.
Does anyone know what passenger cars were in this consist? Specifically, was BN Cab Car #796 involved in this wreck? It was supposedly in a crash sometime in the mid to late 1980s.
