A northbound suburban Pace bus at the intersection of South Cicero Avenue and West 63rd Street. Chicago Illinois. November 2015.

I took this photograph recently one day at work, back in
November of 2015.

We are facing north on South Cicero Avenue. I was driving
my assigned bus to the arrivals terminal at Chicago's own
Midway International Airport, when I was now being
stopped by a red traffic signal.

Seen through the front windshield of my bus, is a northbound
suburban Pace bus, waiting at the intersection of South Cicero
Avenue and West 63rd Street. This Pace bus, is enroute to the
Midway Airport CTA / Pace transit station ahead.

Here I am, your host and photographer enjoying a little end of the year / late season outdoor roller blading. Mc Cook Illinois. Late December 2015.

A lack of snow in December of 2015 combined with mild
outdoor temperatures, extended my outdoor inline skating
season for at least a few more weeks in 2015.

A Christmas bonus for your host and photographer. Friday, December 25th, 2015.

The railroad we know today as the CSX Transportation Company,
was actually made up from several mergers over several years.
The former Seaboard Coast Line which primarily had operated
in the state of Florida, was one the CSX predecessors.

Chicago's Kiddieland Amusement Park. A rare view inside the park, after it had closed for good. October 8th, 2009.

I was passing by the site of the recently closed Kiddieland
Amusement Park in Melrose Park Illinois during my -
lunch break at a previous job I worked at , and was able to
obtain this rare inside the park photograph, thanks to the
kind courtesy of a park maintenance worker who I flagged
down, when I spotted that the south gate was open.

Kiddieland operated here at this site, from 1929 until 2009. It
was the last of it's kind of seasonal family owned amusement
parks from Chicago's past, and had closed for good on Sunday,
September 27th, 2009.

This is how the place looked, before the rides were soon
to be auctioned off, and the pplace demolished in 2010.

I photographed this video on my way to work one morning, in late
September of 2015.

My own personal car, was down for repair with major engine block
repairs that had to be done. During this period of a little over a week,
I commuted to my job at Chicago's Midway Airport, via the popular
Chicago Transit Authority blue and orange line rapid transit routes.

Here we are in the very rear of an orange line train, south of Brighton Junction.
