In late May of 1983, a group of local Chicago area Railfans from the Central Electric Railfans association boarded a bus, and headed out to the Fox River Trolley Museum in South Elgin Illinois. I was on this one day charter with a railfan acqaintance named Jeff, that I had met in My alma matter Curie High School a few years earlier. It was a fun outing that day.
