I photographed this unique piece of preserved railroad history, in west suburban Elmhurst Illinois. I took this night time photograph in November of 2006. Seen here in a city park just east of the intersection of York and Valette Streets, is the old steam era passenger train station from the Chicago, Great Western Railroad.
