Switching activity at the Belt Railway of Chicago's Clearing Yard. Chicago Illinois USA. July 2007.

I took this photo after work one hot summer afternoon, in July of 2007. We are looking east from the South Cicero Avenue / Illinois U.S Route # 50 Cicero Avenue overpass bridge, in to the east, or also whats known as the Chicago side of Clearing Yard. A heavy duty EMD roadswitcher and a large slug unit, are viewed pulling a heavy cut of cars.
