I took this photo in south suburban Alsip Illinois, in late October of 1990. An IHB transfer freight train being pulled by elderly rebuilt 1st generation EMD model NW-2 yard switcher locomotives, was photographed just south of the 127th Street viaduct near the border of Blue Island Illinois. These locomotives have since been retired and replaced.
