I took this photo last week during My morning lunch break, in north suburban Glenview Illinois USA.
A section crew from the Metra M.O.W / Maintenance of Way Department, is viewed replacing a section of panel track, just immediately north of the Chestnut Avenue railroad crossing.
This diesel electric powered locomotive crane, was defiantely the right tool for the right job.
