I took this photograph after work one night this week.

A pleasant surprise for those hungry motorists passing through northwest suburban Des Plaines Illinois along Rand Road / Illinois Rt # 12, is a restored 1950's era roadside drive in restaurant known as Rand Red ots.

Aside from tasty and inexpensive fast food, just like the classic window neon sign says...they serve "Fresh Cut Fries" here.
