Advertisements, have always been a popular form of roadside Americana. Although this particular True Value Hardware chain store location on Grand Avenue in Elmwood Park Illinois had closed several years ago and the empty building is up for lease, this old True Value sign is still attatched to the rear of the building in the alley today.
