The sun is setting on Eddie's Railfan Page, and an era is now coming to a close.

Hello everyone. This is Eddie K, your host and photographer
here at Eddie's Railfan Page.

After a good ten and a half year run, I have decided to soon
discontinue posting my original Eddie's Railfan Page here
at Blogspot.com for several reasons.

A few years ago, Blogger.com decided to officially "Sever"
their business relationship with Flickr photo page, which
has made it difficult for myself, as most of my photographs
are actually saved to Flickr, and are easier to access.

Sometime after the ending of Blogger.Com's partnership with
Flickr photo page, I began Eddie's Railfan Page # 2 @
Facebook.com, with better than expected results.

E Mails and comments have become few and far between
at my Blogspot.com site, sometimes extremely "Sporadic"
at best.

Between a much larger reader / fan base, and the fact that
Facebook has become the best user friendly option for myself,
Eddie's Railfan Page, will be moving to my Facebook
site officially in the upcoming weeks ahead. Here is the
link to my Facebook Eddie's Railfan Page site.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/793457380705605/

So readers, please...save as many of the photos that I have
posted since 2006, here at my original Eddie's Railfan
Page site here at Blogspot.com

I hope to see and hear from you @ Facebook.

Thanks.
Eddie K.

Also...few if any people out there, actually respond to my original
Eddie's Railfan Page here at Blogspot.com. E Mails and comments
are very sporadic at best. My other site Eddie's Railfan Page # 2 @
Facebook, has made my hosting experience more user friendly,
and there is a much larger following @ Facebook.

Eddie's Railfan Page, will be moving to Facebook in the
upcoming weeks, so please, save as many of the photos
you have come to enjoy here at my original site.

Here is the link to my Eddie's Railfan Page site
@ Facebook.com, and I hope to see you there.

Thanks.

Eddie's Railfan Page, is nearing the end of the line.

Hello everyone. This is Eddie K, your host and photographer
here at Eddie's Railfan Page.

I began Eddie's Railfan Page, in February of 2006. After a good
10 and 1/2 year run, I have decided to eventually discontinue
posting here at BlogSpot.com in upcoming weeks, and will be
moving to my more active and more interactive with the public
site "Eddie's Railfan Page # 2" @ Facebook.

Eddie's Railfan Page, was a good way for me to channel my
creativity, share photographs and stories, and eventually
meet a few of my dedicated readers. Unfortunately...due to
a lack of reader's input and comments, and a declining
number of members...Facebook is the better choice.

Please stay in touch at my Facebook site.

Thank You.
Eddie K.

The Newleywed Game hosted by Bob Eubanks. A show I grew up with and absolutely loved watching on television.

One of my all time favorite television shows that I had grew
up watching, was the original "Newleywed Game", hosted
by Bob Eubanks.

I was born in 1962, and the show itself, made it's debut
in the year of 1966. Although I was too young to actually
understand the show when I was a kid during the 1960's,
I vaguely remember watching the original daytime
Newleywed  Game with my Mother and Grandmother,
and all having a good laugh together in the living room.

The Newleywed Game was a fun, interactive, live game
show , where sometimes funny or sometimes embarrassing
things would happen on air, with the newly married couples
that were contestants on this game show.

I would watch the later versions of this show, hosted by
Bob Eubanks, during the 1970's and 80's, and would
still always enjoy a good laugh.

I have been married ten years now, and If my wife Cheryl
and I would have appeared on that show...who knows?
I might have got smacked in the head with the answer card. L.O.L!

I have a wonderful wife, and happy memories of growing
up watching the original Newleywed Game show too.

Here is the Newleywed Game television theme song, just
click on to this link below.

Thanks.
