We are at the Route 52 Kedzie / California south bus terminal at 63rd Place and Kedzie Avenue in March of 1986. The old bus in the foreground is a 1960's Era Flexible "New Look" or "Fishbowl" bus. (nicknamed for it's unique windshield)This bus is rolling out it's last miles in revenue service. This actually might be it's last run.
Behind it are the 1985 M.A.N Coaches from Germany, that replaced this bus and several others in service.

As I am sure you remember, these busses were all over the Southwest side during the late 60's and early 70's.
I rode these buses quite a bit on the CTA Route # 60 Blue Island line in My old neighborhood during the 1970's. I also rode these buses to a limited extant on the CTA Route 62 Archer /Cicero Avenue bus line.
