This photograph was taken from Ogden Avenue aka U.S Rt #34 in the west suburban town of Cicero Illinois. A Conrail "Run Through" freight train is waiting for clearance to proceed east, and leave the Burlington Northern railroads "Clyde Yard", located in Cicero Illinois. This is what happens when you spend a fine summer evening taking photographs on location with a railfan buddy or two. This was a great ending to a fun day that day, as far as the photography went.The weather was simply wonderful that day.
