I took this photo back in July of this year.
Seen here in the left hand turning lane on northbound Harlem Avenue at the intersection of Touhy Avenue in northwest suburban Niles Illinois, is a brand new lime green Volvo utility snorkle bucket truck, from the Niles Public Services Company.
This truck was very shiny and new looking, and was proboubly delivered within a few days from a local commercial truck dealership.
