I took this photograph late last year, at the Oak Park Society of Model Engineers, H.O Scale Model Railroad Club.
My Life Like Proto 2000 Illinois Central EMD SW 9 and Centrailia Car Shops model of an orange Illinois Central Gulf side door caboose, help to recreate a scene I was all too familiar with growing up on the near southwest side of Chicago during the early 1970's era.
