I took this photograph during a lovely springtime afternoon way back in April of 1989.
We are facing west from on top of the South Pulaski Road overpass bridge, as a slow moving westbound Norfolk Southern Railroad transfer train complete with a 1970's era former Norfolk & Western Railroad red wide vision caboose on the rear, heads in to the huge Belt Railway of Chicago Clearing Yard near Chicago's Midway Airport area.
