One of my favorite eateries on the southwest side of Chicago, is the locally popular and tasty Portillo's Hot Dogs and Barinelli's Psata Bowl combination restaurants at 5532 South Harlem Avenue in southwest suburban Summit Illinois.
This lighted frozen custard sign greets people as they enter the dining room.
