The light of day is fading, as a westbound Metra commuter train heads to Elburn Illinois. This train is being pulled by a late 1970's vintage EMD F-40PH passenger diesel. This is the Union Pacific "West line" wich was formerly known as the Chicago & North Western railroad. The train is speeding along west Kinzie Street.Monday, February 26, 2007
