I took this photo after work one day, in late March of 2007. This location is known as Hayford Junction, and it can be found at west 75th Street and south Central Park Avenue in Chicago's Ashburn neighborhood on the southwest side.
A westbound BNSF intermodal transfer train, is about to pass over the Canadian National Railroad's former Grand Trunk Western crosstracks, enroute to the Belt Railway of Chicago's Clearing Yard. The large factory in the background, is the Nabisco baking company.
