A sunny but relatively mild afternoon in December of 1990, finds a northbound transfer freight train from the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad passing the crosstracks at Argo Junction. In a few short yards, this train will soon be passing over the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal. The straw brown scenery indicates that Winter will be arriving soon to the greater Chicagoland area once again.Saturday, May 17, 2008

A sunny but relatively mild afternoon in December of 1990, finds a northbound transfer freight train from the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad passing the crosstracks at Argo Junction. In a few short yards, this train will soon be passing over the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal. The straw brown scenery indicates that Winter will be arriving soon to the greater Chicagoland area once again.
