A former Milwaukee Road EMD MP-15DC switcher, is seen working the Car Shop leads at the Canadian Pacific Bensenville Yard near Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. Prior to the 1985 Merger and Buyout via the Soo Line Railroad, Bensenville Yard was a very busy facility for the bankrupt Milwaukee Road. In 1990, the Canadian Pacific merged and bought out the Soo Line. Fast foreward 22 years later, and this EMD switcher in faded Milwaukee Road colors and markings is still working in Bensenville Yard in 2007.Thursday, December 20, 2007
