I took this photo looking northwest at the intersection of West North Avenue / U.S route # 64 and North First Avenue / U.S Route # 171 in northwest suburban Melrose Park Illinois. This is a view of the east parking lot, at the Kiddieland Amusement Park. Every December, the Amusement Park rents out the east parking lot to a Gentleman selling Live Christmas trees.
The Amusement Park operates from Mid April to the end of October in any given year, but December finds the property with a Seasonal live Christmas tree lot business. This is an annual event that takes place here every December.
