I took this photo in early January of 2007 at the BNSF Railway / Indiana Harbor Belt crosstracks in west suburban Mc Cook Illinois. The Norfolk Southern intermodal train, is traveling west over the BNSF Railway's former Atchinson, Topeka & Santa Fe mainline. This train was moving at a good rate of speed, and the crosstracks rang out with a loud BANG BANG -BANG BANG --BANG BANG -BANG BANG!
