Hello everyone!
Welcome aboard Eddie's Railfan Page, from the city of Chicago Illinois.
Although many people view Eddie's Railfan Page for the many Train, Bus and Transportation subjects shown here, I feel it is very important to also take the time, and notice all the everyday beauty around us.
One of My all time favorite "Non" transporation photo subjects, are sunsets.
I have always had a special place in My heart, for that time of any given day when the sky turns brillainat as well as fading colors as night time approaches. The colorful hues of orange, red, purple, and a shade of blue or two...are examples of what a gifted artist God can be. Many times I am litteraly "captivated" by the beauty and serenity at the end of the day. It is a lovely time to have a camera with You.
Incorporating transportation subjects in to sunset photos is very rewarding too.
That old 1950's American vocal music group "The Platters" summed it all up with the lyrics
"Heavenly shades of night are falling. It's twilight time."
