I took this photo in late October of 1991 at the Hesston Steam Museum in northwestern Indiana near Michigan City. It is the last official operating Sunday of the 1991 season, and the outside temperature is in the low to mid 40's with occasional light rain and drizzle. To My hands, it was a bone chilling cold.
The 14" guage live steam train is viewed waiting at the open air Hesston Junction depot during a temporary period of hazy sunshine. It was a fun outing nonetheless.
