The Metra commuter rail station in west suburban Hindsdale Illinois. June 2007.
I took this photo one evening after work, back in June of 2007.
Seen here is the old steam era Hindsdale passenger train station. This depot was built by the long gone predecessor railroad Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad many decades ago, and today serves Chicago's Metra commuter trains on the very busy BNSF Railway's 3 track Chicago to Aurora "Racetrack" mainline.
