I was on location in downtown Lemont
Illinois. Lemont is located in Chicago's
southwest suburbs near the citties of
Lockport -Romeoville -and Joliet Illinois.
Prior to August 10th 1972, this railroad
line was the former Gulf, Mobile & Ohio
railroad. In 1972 it had became part of
the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad through
a merger. Today, it has been owned by
the Canadian National Railroad since 1999.
