The morning of December 1st 2006 brought a heavy snowstorm to the city of Chicago Illinois.Seen here racing westbound and kicking up snow dust in near "White Out" conditions, is a Metra express commuter train passing through the Hanson Park station near Central and Grand Avenues.
After two weeks, the temperatures warmed up and the heavy snowfall melted. It looks like Chicagoland will have a Rainy and Brown Christmas for 2006.
