I took this photo last year in early September. In the foreground can be seen the enginehouse and maintenance facilities, from the industrial railroad that serves the sewer treatment plant on South Central Avenue near West Pershing Road in the village of Stickney Illinois. The northeast view from the South Central Avenue overpass bridge, captures the late afternoon view of the Chicago city skyline looking better than ever on a clear day with plenty of sunshine.

I had to actually walk across this big bridge a time or two in the past. I can still remember that horrible pungent sewer smell coming up from down below.
