The Roselle Illinois Metra commuter rail station. September 2007.

I took this photo in early September of 2007. Seen here , is the Metra commuter rail station that serves the far outlying west suburban village of Roselle Illinois. This is a modern and elaborate brick station building, and is located on the Canadian Pacific ex Milwaukee Road mainline. Freight trains from the Canadian Pacific and the Iowa Chicago & Eastern pass the depot on a daily basis. Commuter trains that stop at this station, travel over the former Milwaukee Road West line from Chicago to Elgin Illinois.
