I took this photo on a very hot afternoon in August of 2007. A CTA Yellow line (Formerly known as the Skokie Swift.) has just unloaded disembarking passengers at the Dempster Street station in the village of Skokie Illinois, and is now heading to the runaround track switch inside the station. Soon the train will take om some more passengers, and begin it's next outbound journey to Howard Street in Evanston Illinois.Monday, March 24, 2008
