I took this end of the day sunset photo, in
Western Springs Illinois. I spotted this classic mid 1950's era Ford Thunderbird, just east of the Metra Western Springs commuter rail station parked on Burlington Avenue. Just knowing that there are still a good number of these classic antique automobiles rolling around today, makes me appreciate that We should never take for granted. This was an example of a nice restoration. Many of these classic car owners, often appear in parades with their 4 wheeled hobby projects.
