I took this photo near the lakefront in the city of Kenosha Wisconsin USA. The date was Saturday, June 17th 2000, it was the big grand opening debut of the "New" Kenosha Wisconsin shuttle streetcar line, serving the soon to be developed Harbor Park upscale housing developement on the lakefront. A lot of this area was vacant land from the recently demolished Chrysler plant.

Notice the recently laid sod grass on the center private right of way median, as well as the wide open spaces on both sides now occupied by the upscale Harbor Park real estate developement.
