I took this photo while waiting to get a cup of coffee to go. I occasionally visit Jeri's Grill in Chicago, wich is located on the southeast corner of Montrose and Western Avenues on the northside of the city. Jeri's Grill is a pleasant street corner neighborhood diner. Delicious "Home Style" food at reasonable prices can be found here. I personally recomend the breakfast items, especially the biscuits and gravy. The home style split pea soup and the hamburgers are tasty too.This is one of those neighborhood establishments where everybody knows everybody. This place is to short order restaurants what Cheers was to TV. Believe it or not, the daytime cooks name also happens to be "Eddie" just like mine.
