I took this photo at the Chicago Terminal Railroad headquarters and locomotive terminal siding ( With permission of course.) back in early September of 2007. Union Pacific late 1970's era EMD GP -15 roadswitcher UPY # 551, is viewed idling on the locomotive storage and servicing track between assignments. The Chicago Terminal Railroad, apparently seems to enjoy leasing these light roadswitchers for their yard switching and heavy haul assignments.
