I took this photo at the Illinois Railway Museum, located in the town of Union Illinois , in Mc Henry County.The electric streetcar shown here, was built by the Pullman Standard Car Company of Chicago Illinois in the year of 1908, and worked in daily transit service for the Chicago Surface Lines Company (pre CTA), until May of 1954.
This beautiful old electric streetcar from pre transit bus times, has been lovingly restored,
and has been operating at the Illinois Railway Museum for many years.
