I took this photo from the east parking lot along 1st Avenue, near the end of the 2006 season.Although the gasoline powered replica train is a miniature ride, it sort of captures the look and feel of 1950's era streamliner passenger train travel. The train is in a color scheme reminiscent of the Southern Pacific Railroad's "Daylight" passenger trains of decades ago in California.
