I took this photo from the north side of the Grand Avenue underpass. A concrete construction worker, is seen putting on one of many finishing touches to the underpass that is nearing completion. A northbound IHB transfer train of Auto Racks is approaching My location, and will soon pass Me by very slowly. It was a lovely morning to go train spotting.
