I was spending a springtime afternoon at Hayford Junction with My 35MM camera,back in April of 1987. I took a walk just a little further west to the south Pulaski Road bridge near the Richard J. Daley college. Seen here passing under the south Pulaski Road bridge, is an eastbound Union Pacific transfer train of Autoracks, heading eastbound out of Clearing Yard, on the Belt Railway of Chicago tracks. Notice the lead unit in blue Missouri Pacific markings. The Union Pacific absorbed the Missouri Pacific in a 1982 merger.
