I took this photo one evening after work, in January of 2007. I was traveling west on 16th Street, when I spotted the headlights of the approaching CSX West 16th Street local crossing South Cicero Avenue. Luckilly the traffic was light at the time, so I pulled over, put My hazzard blinkers on, and stepped out to obtain this unique photo of a working industrial switching local returning to the Belt Railway of Chicago interchange with a cut of covered hopper cars in tow.
