I spotted this Ford utility truck from Chicago's Metra commuter rail agency one morning in September of 2007. The maintenance crew was more than likely stopping for coffee or breakfast before starting a maintence or inspection detail at the nearby River Grove Metra commuter rail station. Utility vechicle such as this one, serve a very important purpose in maintaining Chicago's commuter rail facilities. Chicago's many freight railroads also use maintenance trucks like this.
