The original Snackville Junction restaurant located on South Western Avenue near West 115th Street. Chicago Illinois USA. January 1976.
A popular railroad themed diner for many years on the southside of Chicago, was the original Snackville Junction on South Western Avenue near West 115th Street. This little diner served hungry residents from Chicago's Mount Greenwood and adjacent Beverly neighborhoods. Your food was brought to You on the counter by a Lionel Train of all things.
Snackville Junction relocated during the early 1990's to South Kedzie Avenue near West 91st Street, in the south suburban village of Evergreen Park Illinois.
