This particular Metra commuter rail station, has always been a favorite railfan location for Me since 1985. Seen here in the west suburban village of La Grange Illinois, is the architecturally pleasing Stone Avenue Station. This beautiful cut stone building is located on the BNSF Railway mainline, just east of Brainard Avenue .
