I took this winter photo in Chicago's Mount Greenwood neighborhood, in Febuary of 1986. Seen here on the north side of west 115th Street and South Springfield Avenue, is a 1983 Canadian Flyer transit bus waiting for it's next scheduled departure time. This location is at the Chicago City Limits. Just a few blocks south and west of here, is the village of Alsip Illinois. Behind the bus turnaround loop, is the last farm within the city of Chicago, wich would soon become part of the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences just north of here on West 111th Street.Monday, January 21, 2008
