I spotted the returning CSX Transportation West 16th Street local, heading to the Belt Railway of Chicago interchange at the Chicago City Limits.The train had just crossed South Cicero Avenue at West 16th Street, and will soon cross the border into Chicago Illinois after servicing the industries in West suburban Cicero Illinois.
