I took this photo while driving northbound on Clark street, in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. We are looking north toward the 3 way intersection of North Clark Street, West Diversey Avenue, and North Broadway Avenue. A snowplow / salt spreader dump truck driver, has more than His hands full keeping the streets of Chicago clear during a morning snowstorm in late December of 2007. This part of Chicago regualrly gets hit with heavy lake effect snowstorms and fog from nearby Lake Michigan.
