I took this photo on a bitterly cold morning, in December of 2007. We are looking south at the intersection of South Kedzie Avenue and west 31st Street, in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood. The large buiding to the right, is Washburne Trade school, wich was in the process of being demolished at the time of this photograph. I attended Washburne Trade school in the early 1980's, and never found a job or career of any kind through My courses. America was in a big economic recession back then. The Washburne Trade School site, is rumored to be redeveloped into a large city park in the future.

Looks to me like Washburne Trade School should have trained some glazers to fix the windows! LOL
Washburne Trade School was a lost cause while I was attending it.
All of the fast talking industry reps that bragged about opportunities at the orientation, failed to attend the graduations and disapeared when it came time to find work at their companys.
What a SCAM!
Eddie.
