We are facing northeast from the top of the South Cicero Avenue overpass bridge near West 119th Street, in south suburban Alsip Illinois.
A southbound Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad transfer train being led by two EMD 2nd Generation yard switcher locomotives, passes by our location on a sunny late autum afternoon.
