Westbound Amtrak passing through Brighton Junction. Chicago Illinois. January 1988.

I took this photograph way back in January of 1988.

A westbound Amtrak train traveling over the Illinois Central Gulf ex Gulf, Mobile & Ohio Railroad mainline, clears the crosstracks at Chicago's Brighton Junction on the near southwest side of Chicago.

The old Campbell Soup Company building with the unique soup can water tank, has long since been demolished.

Thanks.
Eddie K.
