A summer evening in the greater Chicagoland area, just wouldn't be complete without taking in a classic car show or two. I took this photograph last Tuesday evening, at the Frosted Mug Drive in restaurant, in south suburban Alsip Illinois. The frosted Mug Drive In, can be seen on My links page to the right of Your computer screen.The antique and classic car shows are fun to attend, and are a regular activity at the Frosted mug. The Frosted Mug Drive In, has been featured on the Food Network's cable television show " Diners, Drive In's and Dives". This place is located at South Pulaski Road and West 116th street in the village of Alsip Illinois. This is one of the very "Last" drive in restaurants in the Chicago area with car hop service today.
